Job Duties:
Posts payments and adjustments and ensures all payments and adjustments are balanced daily.
Refers claim resolution issues to the appropriate area.
Resolves any deposit discrepancies.
Reviews Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to ensure proper payment and adjustment posting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Assist with Accounts Receivable
Answer multi-line phones
Order supplies for the office
Open mail, make deposits, scan deposits
Process returned mail and address issues in Waystar
Invalid Payer
Run credit card payments
Prepare documents to go to storage
Organize/schedule maintenance for office equipment
Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Health insurance knowledge preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Team player attitude, energetic, and able to multi-task with a focus on excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must have at least three years of previous experience in front medical front office
Must be proficient in MS office products with typing speed minimum of 40wpm
Reliable
Attention to detail
Time Management skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States
