Key Accountabilities Include

The purpose of the role is to support the BA/IB Sales team and the AA Sales team to deliver exceptional service to our most valued partners in a globally consistent, efficient manner.

  • Champion for IAG servicing standards and best practice across NA sales teams (AA & IAG)
  • Use available data sources to identify process and knowledge gaps; take a proactive action to address these through coaching
  • Take ownership and provide solutions to escalations, following our internal guidelines to ensure business compliance
  • Analyze servicing reports and provide insight into sales teams behavior trends
  • Understanding of the key differences in trade commercial policies and waiver program; advice AA and IAG sales teams accordingly
  • Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize effectively, based on account value and urgency of situation
  • Ability to make fact-based decisions that are in line with business goals and focus on finding solutions that deliver the best result
  • Act as a liaison between NA sales, Global Sales Operations, Global Engagement Centers and HO departments
  • Ensure all support process and trade polices changes are communicated effectively across all NA sales teams
