Wir suchen ab sofort, in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) und befristet auf 18 Monate, eine:n Expert Crew Recruiting (m/w/divers), in der Abteilung Crew Ressource Planning & Training an unserem Standort in Köln.

  • Sorge für einen idealen Recruitingablauf im Bereich Kabine – optimiere und standardisiere hierfür die Prozesse
  • Betreue den gesamten Einstellungsprozess, von der Marktanalyse über Employer Branding Maßnahmen und Ausschreibung bis hin zur Selektion
  • Bereite den KandidatInnen einen warmes Willkommen und betreue sie im gesamten Prozess bis zur Einstellung
  • Arbeite eng mit den Eurowings Flugbetrieben, HR sowie Training- und Kapazitätsabteilung zusammen
  • Trage Sorge für die korrekte Budgetverwaltung und unterstütze bei der idealen Budgetierung des Folgejahres
